Brian M. Goldberg is a Counsel in Dechert LLP’s intellectual property practice with a focus on life sciences patent litigation. Mr. Goldberg has successfully litigated patent cases through bench and jury trials, as well as parallel PTAB proceedings, with vast experience litigating Hatch-Waxman Act ANDA infringement actions. Mr. Goldberg has extensive first-hand experience applying the doctrine of equivalents in patent litigations involving small molecule and biologic pharmaceutical products.
