A native of Denmark, Randi holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School. In 2023, she was recognized by Goldman Sachs as one of the most exceptional entrepreneurs of the year. She lives with her husband and three daughters in Rolling Hills, CA.

There, he helped scale the brand from $39M to $350M in revenue, launched four sub-brands, and shaped some of the industry’s first influencer collaborations, including the global success of Shape Tape.
