With an international background in 6+ countries, Anouk is a top tier business school graduate with degrees from Bocconi, ESCP Europe, and a non-executive program at IE. After a first experience at Pernod Ricard, she worked for 3+ years at Capagro, a VC fund dedicated to Ag-tech and Food-tech in Paris with a great exposure to portfolio companies, LPs and co-investors. Beginning of 2023, she moved to Portugal to structure the venture’s strategy of Sparkfood and kicked off the construction of Sparkfood early stage’s portfolio with 4 investments up to date.
