Aileen leads Climate Risk Stress Testing at Citi, responsible for the buildout of the firm’s scenario analysis framework, strategic roadmap, and analytics capability implementation across the organization. This includes the development of climate-related methodologies and integration into scenario design, data, models, infrastructure, and stress testing governance across an end-to-end program.

She started her career at Citi in Corporate and Investment Banking covering Power and Utilities in New York. She has also held numerous roles across Equity Research, Credit Risk Management, and Enterprise and Legal Entity Stress Testing over the course of her banking career.

Aileen earned her Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with concentrations in Finance and Management.

Dr. Neil Parikh is the Chief Medical Officer of Thirty Madison, focused on implementing technology to deliver care at scale. He oversees the clinical, research, and strategic partnership organizations within the company. Prior to Thirty Madison, Neil was President of Oscar Medical Group and Senior Medical Director at Oscar Health leading Care Delivery, where he oversaw Oscar’s clinic and telemedicine operations, complex case management, and clinical concierge services. Neil is also an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of California Los Angeles, where he has been teaching and practicing since 2014. Neil completed his Internal Medicine residency at Cedars Sinai, his MBA at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and his MD at the Keck School of Medicine at the University of Southern California. Neil stays connected to philanthropy through Amply, a giving platform he co-founded, and as a member of the Healthcare Advisory Council to the Ronald McDonald House NY. He splits his time between New York and Los Angeles with his wife and two sons.
